Terms of Use
COS GP is an alpha clinician testing environment. By signing in you confirm you are a registered clinician evaluating the product, and you accept the following terms.
1. Permitted use
COS GP may be used for evaluation, training, and simulated consultations only. It is not approved for real patient care, unsupervised use, autonomous prescribing, autonomous diagnosis, or emergencies.
2. Clinician responsibility
All AI outputs are drafts. The signed-in clinician is responsible for any action taken on the basis of AI assistance, including review, editing, sign-off, and onward decisions.
3. No medical device claim
COS GP is not a registered medical device and makes no diagnostic claims during alpha.
4. Data
Do not enter identifiable patient data during alpha. See the privacy page for handling details.
5. Availability
The service is provided as-is during alpha and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
